The Badgers will be away at Illinois, but everything you want will be right here at Johnny Delmonico's. Join in our favorite tradition, Beefsteak, a formal beef-centric banquet, to honor the rich tailgating community of the Badger State.
A feast of epic proportions – 100 pounds of steak – grilled to a mouth-watering medium-rare, will be served family-style alongside brats, pork ribs, chicken wings, and other twists on gameday classics, all served in abundance. This indulgent event would not be complete without the cocktails and gameday brews to complement.
No plates, no utensils, no problem! Roll up your sleeves, use your hands, and wipe them clean on the commemorative apron handed to you upon entry.
Bar opens at 6:30 pm with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres
Dinner served at 8:00 pm
Ticket includes food, four cocktails, bottomless gameday brews, apron, tax, and tip.

Madison's finest bartenders are letting loose and creating a beverage menu with nods to gameday's most cherished libations. Expect your tailgate favorites to be taken up a notch and served alongside few sturdy bourbon cocktails. Tickets include four cocktails and bottomless gameday brews.
Dress to impress (remember, there will be only an apron between the food, your hands, and your clothes)
