Join in on the tradition of the Beefsteak, a formal, beef-centric banquet dating back to mid-19th century New York City. A feast of epic proportions – 100 pounds of steak – grilled to a mouth-watering medium rare, will be served on silver trays in half-inch slices. Plates, utensils, and napkins are nowhere to be found; roll up your sleeves, use your hands, and wipe them clean on the apron handed to you upon entry.
