Our very own Executive Chef Logan Riese will be highlighting beef, with a starter of thinly sliced Carpaccio and a main course of Tenderloin. From Bar Corallini in the Atwood neighborhood, Italian Chef Giovanni Novella will be making by hand a double ravioli—stuffed with cheese, nduja sausage, and more. And from Everly on Monroe Street, Executive Chef Diego Guzmán will be preparing arancini appetizers filled with a medley of seafood.

Knowledgeable wine reps will speak to each paired wine, reds and whites from across Italy: Piedmont, Tuscany, Sicily.

We are especially excited for the main course pairing of a top tier bottle from Ca’Marcanda, a Tuscan winery that translates to ‘the House of Endless Negotiations.’ To finish, Chef Giovanni’s Novella Limoncello will be served chilled, made from his grandmother’s recipe with imported Italian lemons.
And of course, if you like any of the wines of the evening, they will be available for purchase as well.
