Our Quality Beef
We source only Certified Angus Beef, ensuring rigorous standards of quality—and steaks full of tender, juicy, flavorful marbling. Our meats are aged 40 days, a process that intensifies flavor as water evaporates, and increases tenderness as enzymes break down tissue.
Once you’ve selected your cut from our menu, our chefs grill the steak at a searing 1200 degrees for a crispy crust with a soft center, and finish with a brushing of Wisconsin herb butter on a plate of rich house-made demi-glace.
In addition to beef, we are delighted to serve a variety of hors d’oeuvres and seafood, from oysters on the half shell and fried calamari, to king crab legs and lobster tail.
